What is the difference between a virtual and in-person assessment?
A virtual assessment is conducted via video call where you walk the specialist through the home. An in-person assessment involves a certified specialist visiting directly. Both result in a full safety report.
How long does a safety assessment take?
Most assessments take between 45 and 90 minutes depending on the size of the home. You will receive your written safety plan within 24 hours.
How are providers vetted?
Every provider is screened for valid license, proof of liability insurance, background check clearance, and relevant experience before being approved to join the platform.
Can family members track the work remotely?
Yes. Adult children can be added to the family dashboard where they can follow job progress, view quotes, see before-and-after photos, and receive milestone notifications.
What if I am not satisfied with the work?
We stand behind every job on the platform. Contact our concierge support team and we will work with you and the provider to resolve the issue.
